    A 139-room Hampton Inn purchased in January 2022. Hotel is located at the intersection of I-87 and I-84 and is adjacent to New York Stewart International Airport. Contrarian investment negotiated during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Total capitalization of $26 million.

  • Flex / Industrial

    A Co-GP equity investment in an 85,000 square foot industrial building near the intersection of I-95 and I-495 in the Boston MSA. This area caters to middle market and large cap companies operating in the medical tech space. In addition to the location, the investment benefits from strong rent growth and a deep labor pool. Transaction closed September of 2022. Total capitalization of $23.5 million.
